Explore opportunities beyond the obvious

You may be looking for investment opportunities that combine meaningful impact with financial potential. Science-based research and innovation projects are often overlooked. Not just due to assumptions about scale, timelines, or risk, but because you may feel that science is a bit of a black art, difficult to understand or evaluate.

That may be changing. Projects in areas like drug discovery, health, climate, or advanced technology have long been the domain of large institutional investors. But some carefully selected science-based ventures are now opening the door to other investors as well. They address global problems with significant market potential, short timelines, and a clear path to commercialization. They are often matching or even exceeding the financial performance typically associated with cutting-edge technology sectors.

Protect your capital

You want confidence that your capital is being used wisely and effectively. In science-based ventures, where the path to success can be complex, having clear safeguards is essential.

That's why each project we select comes with a detailed plan, including defined milestones, costed budgets, and an early review of potential risks. Funding is held in a trust account and released in stages, each tied to specific deliverables and reviewed before moving forward.

This model is designed not only to support the work, but to respect the responsibility that comes with it. It reduces exposure, prevents waste, and gives you full visibility into how your investment is progressing. Rather than relying on forecasts or promises, progress is measured step by step, with safeguards built in at every stage.

Stay informed

Good decisions rely on good information. You want clarity about what's happening without being buried in jargon. What matters is knowing whether a project is on track, what's been achieved, and what comes next. Updates are brief, regular, and accessible.

If you'd like to engage more closely, or even speak directly with the research team, that's entirely up to you. Some investors choose to stay hands-off. Others prefer a more active role. Both are welcome.

Frequently asked questions

How do you ensure the projects are viable and worth investing in?

Assessment of the projects, science teams, and their organisations begins during the early stages of the project scoping. To date we have accepted only 12% of the projects that have been offered to us. And we continue to monitor the projects throughout their development.

What is the usual investment duration until exit?

They can be surprisingly short, often ranging from 2 to 3 years. This is due to the decades of research and development that precede the investment phase, allowing for a quicker path to market and exit.

I am a small investor. What is the minimum investment required?

Most of the projects are typically within the range of one to two million dollars. However, investors can start with smaller amounts, such as $100K, to participate in these opportunities.

I am interested in larger investments only. Do you have options for that?

The size of the investment can vary significantly depending on the project and its stage of development. Some projects may accept investments of $10M or more, and still offer very high returns. Additionally, capital funds are also available for investment in multiple projects. They allow investors to diversify their portfolios and mitigate risks further.

Get involved

You don't need a background in science to successfully invest in it. We can introduce you to current opportunities and answer any questions. You can learn about the projects, the exit options, the returns to expect, the risks involved, and how the process works from start to finish. We won't offer recommendations, but can help you to make informed decisions. No pressure, no obligation.
